Hi, I’m Shayna — a Pilates teacher, podcast host, and the heart behind this space.
My journey into this work began with Pilates, but over time it grew into something much deeper — supporting women through mindful movement, motherhood, postpartum recovery, and whole-body wellness.
What started as movement became healing. It became a way of understanding the mind-body connection, learning self-compassion, creating healthier boundaries, and finding balance across the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic parts of myself.
Over the past decade, I’ve explored and studied modalities including Pilates, yoga, meditation, breathwork, reiki, and hypnosis — not because I believe there’s one perfect path, but because I learned early on that healing is deeply personal.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Now, my work brings together the pieces that have supported me most, in a way that feels grounded, practical, and relatable for real life — especially for women navigating motherhood, postpartum changes, stress, identity shifts, and the need to feel more at home in themselves.
This space is for coming back to yourself.

I teach Pilates through Inner Balance and support clients seeking mindful movement, whole-body wellness, and a grounded approach to movement in daily life. My sessions are especially supportive for women navigating stress, motherhood, body changes, and the desire to move in a way that feels intentional rather than punishing.

In-person experiences are an extension of everything I care about most — slowing down, reconnecting with the body, being held in community, and creating space to reset.
